Examination Payment Method
| 1. Registration Method (Online Registration Only) | ||||
| 1.1 Online Registration System | ||||
| Registration system URL: http://erms.jsma.org.hk/, or accessible via the official website.。 | ||||
| 1.1.1 Register and apply through the online registration system. (Refer to the Online Registration Guide for details) | ||||
| 1.1.2 Upon completing the registration process, record the "Payment Reference Number" (TCI-00XXXX)。 | ||||
| 1.1.3 Send a cheque (with the "Payment Reference Number" clearly written on the back) to the Association’s office; or upload the bank deposit slip or screenshot of online payment confirmation to the online registration system. |

| 1.1.4 All payment proofs (cheques / deposit slips / screenshots) must clearly state the "Payment Reference Number"(TCI-00XXXX)。 | ||||

| 2.1 Cheque Payment | ||||
| 2.1.1 Cheque payment is accepted for in-person, postal, and online registrations. | ||||
| 2.1.2 Please use one single cheque to cover the total registration fee. Cheques should be made payable to "香港聯校音樂協會" or "Hong Kong Joint School Music Association". On the back of the cheque, write the contact person’s name and phone number. For online registrations, also indicate the Payment Reference Number(TCI-00XXXX)。 |

| 2.1.4 Please do not deposit the cheque via ATM or bank deposit machines. Any cheque deposited in this manner will not be recognized or processed. | ||||

(Note: Payments without proper identification will not be followed up.) |

| 2.3.2 When making payment, please clearly indicate the participant’s name and Payment Reference Number (TCI-00XXXX) in the remarks section. If the payment includes multiple reference numbers, list all relevant numbers. (Note: Payments without any reference information will not be followed up.) |

| 2.3.3 After successful payment, upload the screenshot of the completed payment to the online registration system. If the same payment covers multiple registrations, you may upload the same screenshot under each registration entry. |
