| The competition accepts in-person, postal, and online system registration applications this year. | ||||
| By submitting an application, participants acknowledge that they have read the competition details and rules, and agree to comply with all terms. | ||||
| 3.1 Postal Registration | ||||
| Download the relevant registration form from our website. After completing the form, mail it together with a crossed cheque or deposit slip to: | ||||

| 3.2 Online Registration System | ||||

| 3.2.1 Register and apply through the online registration system (please refer to the Online Registration Guide for details). | ||||
| 3.2.2 Upon completing the process, record your "Payment Reference Number" (ENR-00XXXX). | ||||
| 3.2.3 Submit your payment by: | ||||
| Mailing a cheque (with "Payment Reference Number" written on the back) to our office; or | ||||
| Uploading proof of payment (bank-in slip / screenshot of online payment) directly to the online registration system. | ||||
| 3.2.4 All payment documents must clearly state the "Payment Reference Number" (ENR-00XXXX). | ||||
| 3.3 In-person Registration | ||||
| 3.3.1 Download the relevant registration form from our website. After completing the form, submit it along with the entry fee (cheque or cash) in person to the contact office below: | ||||

| 4.1.1 Only accepted when submitting the registration form in person at our office. No change will be provided. | ||||
| 4.2 Cheque Payment | ||||
| 4.2.1 Payment by cheque is accepted for in-person, postal, or online registration. | ||||
| 4.2.2 Please use one single cheque to cover the total fee. | ||||
| Payee: “香港聯校音樂協會” or “Hong Kong Joint School Music Association” | ||||
| Write the contact person's name and phone number on the back of the cheque. | ||||
| For online applications, please also write the payment reference number (ENR-00XXXX). | ||||
